The mission of the Parish Life Commission is to build and foster a warm, welcoming community that will encourage
and inspire everyone to utilize their spiritual gifts in parish ministries, activities, and events.
Parish Life Survey
The parish life commission is asking ALL of you to fill out a short survey in order to find out which events should be held at our parish throughout the next year. We have done a survey like this in the past, but as we all know, times and interests change. If you could help by filling out this short 8 question survey we would really appreciate it! There are two different avenues that you can use to fill it out. 1) You can visit our table in the narthex after all masses this weekend, March 10th and 11th, and fill out a paper copy of the survey. 2) You can click the button below which will take you to the survey online. Any questions can be answered at firstname.lastname@example.org. Thank you in advance for helping out this commission as we continually strive to cultivate a striving parish life here at St. Mary.
The Gardening for God Ministry cares for the cultivation of the flowers, plants and landscaping of our beautiful, rural campus. Gardeners work the earth to create reflective landscapes and to present the natural beauty of creation.
Saint Mary’s Moms is a ministry of moms of all ages (working, stay-at-home, home-schooling, or empty nest) with kids of any age to share our faith, fellowship, friendship, and family while having fun!
The Saint Mary’s Seniors is a social group which aims to build relationships among the senior generation through the pursuit of common goals, interests, and activities.
Those who serve the parish in Sunday Morning Child Care provide a safe and friendly environment for children under four whose parents worship at the 9:30am Sunday Mass. The Childcare Room is run by a team of adult and teen volunteers.
Our College Connection Ministry seeks to keep our young adult parishioners in college or trade school connected to our Saint Mary Parish Community. Our ministry goes about this by sending care packages throughout the school year consisting of a letter, parish bulletins, artwork from younger students, prayer devotionals, candy, etc.
The St. Mary Communications Team partners with parish staff, commissions, ministries, and volunteers to enhance communications with St. Mary parishioners across multiple media channels so all may be more intimately engaged with the parish and active in God’s call to serve in the mission and ministry of Jesus.
Saint Mary of the Annunciation hosts several large events throughout the course of the year, each event being sponsored by various ministries within the parish.
